FAQ & Troubleshooting
Q: I donât see any tasks in Timeline. Why? Check that at least one table has been configured for My Work with assigned tasks that include dates.
Q: Why are some tasks showing no duration? Tasks need both a Start and End date to render as a duration bar. If only one is present, the bar may appear as a single point.
Q: Can I export the Timeline? Not yet. If youâd like this functionality, please contact us at support@gridfox.com.
