Creating a Project

You can create new Projects in Gridfox at any time. Build using the View Editor by dragging in new fields.

Intro into Fields

Fields define the specific pieces of information that you are capturing about Records in your Table.

Keep up-to-date with Workflows

Notify your Sales team when a new opportunity has been created, or send an email every week for everyone with their outstanding tasks.

Project Planner

Perfect for start-ups and freelancers, through to large-scale enterprises managing hundreds of projects, this Project Planner template provides an easy-to-use centralised solution to make complex project management simple, with the ability to scale and adapt to fit your way of working.

Use a Board Screen to view project tasks by status, split by phase, or a Table Screen to view all of your tasks across projects in one location, with information such as owner, area, effort points and status. Create Dashboards for a visual overview of project progress, and even configure Workflows for real-time notifications, such as when tasks change status from ‘in progress’ to ‘done’, or an owner is assigned.
