Gridfox Board Views enable to visualize your Records in a board of cards, divided into columns. This is also known as a Kanban Board.
Board Views are created and configured by your Project Admins.
Boards can sometimes group Cards into rows in addition to the column grouping.
To view more information about a Card on a Board, click on it to open up the Record.
You can create new Records from a Board Screen by clicking the Add New Card button in a column.
Alternatively, you can open the column menu and click Add New Card.
This will allow you to enter the Card information. Click Save to add the Card.
A Record has been created for the Board View’s Table. This Record will show up on any other Views for this Table.
You may find there are some Board Views you can add new cards to and some that you cannot. Your permission to access is controlled by your Project Admins.
To update a Card, drag and drop to reorder them or move between the columns and rows.
To choose which columns are hidden and shown on the Board, you can use the column menu to collapse and expand each of the columns.
Open the menu for a column and click Collapse Column. To show the column again, open the menu and click Expand Column.
