Creating a Project

You can create new Projects in Gridfox at any time. Build using the View Editor by dragging in new fields.

Agile Project Tracker

Agile is an effective way of working for teams who are looking to deliver projects in a highly collaborative manner. Foundational to a successful agile project is the software that is used to track this project. This Agile Project Tracker template helps teams working in sprints manage their project data in detail, giving visibility to everyone involved.

Users can track the progress of work items using the Sprint Planner board, which provides an overview of cards in a sprint - all organised by clearly-marked status columns.

Two accompanying tables describe each sprint and its work items. Fields allow for further granularity in the work items table, with space for adding notes and user stories. There are also filters that distinguish between all outstanding work for both teams and individual users.

Project managers can assign work to team members using the Owner field, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do. Even set up workflows to notify teammates when tasks are assigned to them, keeping everyone on track.
